Multipurpose HUTPLEX WR is an excellent adhesive grease with high mechanical and thermal resistance, as well as resistance to water and external corrosion. The calcium sulfonate thickener content provides unique anti-wear properties, extreme pressure resistance, and excellent anti-corrosion properties in salt spray and hot water environments.
APPLICATION:
High-temperature resistant calcium sulfonate greases HUTPLEX WR are designed for lubricating machine parts in the metallurgical industry, especially for lubricating rolling mill bearings and other high-temperature friction pairs. With excellent thermal stability, HUTPLEX WR greases regain their original structure after the ambient air temperature returns to normal. They are ideal for lubricating machine parts and equipment in the copper and coal mining industries, cement plants, steel industry, heavy industry, and all interacting friction surface pairs exposed to extreme loads and water that require maximum corrosion protection.
