Returns
If an item is incorrect, defective, or you wish to exercise a consumer right of withdrawal, contact SIA Velvet Delivery before sending it.
Return process
- Notify us with the order number, item and reason.
- Wait for return instructions and address.
- Pack the complete item securely with purchase documents.
- Send it within 14 days after notifying withdrawal.
The consumer is responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item. Direct return cost is paid by the buyer unless the item is non-conforming or supplied in error.
Refund
We refund by bank transfer no later than 14 days after receiving withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the goods or proof of dispatch are received.
