Right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.
How to notify us
Send an unambiguous notice to info@inventars.lv, including name, contact details, order number, item, receipt date and notice date. Free form is accepted.
The deadline is met when notice is sent before the 14-day period ends. Then return the item under the return procedure.
Exceptions
The right may not apply to personalised goods, opened hygiene goods, perishables and other statutory exceptions. Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to B2B purchases.
