Terms
These terms govern purchases in the inventars.lv online shop. Seller: SIA Velvet Delivery (reģ. nr. 40203664266). The shop operates in Latvia under a distance contract.
1. General
By placing an order you confirm you have read these terms and the privacy policy. If you order as a company, you confirm you are authorised to represent it.
Descriptions, images and stock are indicative. If an item is unavailable we will contact you with options (wait, substitute or cancel).
2. Order
An order is received after successful checkout. You get an email confirmation of receipt. The contract takes effect when we confirm availability and issue the advance invoice (AV).
You may change or cancel before payment by contacting us. See Contact.
3. Prices and VAT
Prices are in euro (€). SIA Velvet Delivery is not currently a VAT payer — product prices are final. Delivery is charged separately.
The price at checkout applies. In case of an obvious error we may correct or cancel the order and inform you.
4. Payment
Payment is by bank transfer using the AV emailed after stock confirmation. Cards and cash on delivery are not available. We hand the shipment to the carrier after payment. See Payments.
5. Delivery
We deliver in Latvia via Omniva or Venipak (locker or courier). Method and price are chosen at checkout. Planned lead time: 3–5 working days after payment. In-store pickup is not available. See Delivery.
6. Withdrawal and returns
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of goods under Latvian distance-selling rules.

Some goods are excluded by law. B2B orders are handled case by case.
7. Warranty
Manufacturer warranty (where applicable) and statutory consumer rights for non-conforming goods apply. Contact us with order number and details — we will help with the process.
8. Liability
We fulfil orders under these terms and Latvian law. We are not liable for delays or loss caused by the carrier, force majeure or incorrect customer data.
9. Disputes
We aim to resolve disputes amicably. Otherwise Latvian courts and law apply. Consumers may also contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or use the EU ODR platform.
