2. What we collect
- Account: name, email, password (hashed), phone, address
- Company account: company name, reg. no., VAT no. (if provided), legal address
- Order: cart, delivery method and address/locker, payment status, order communication
- Contact form / email / WhatsApp: message content and contact details
- Technical: IP, browser, session/device identifiers, cookie choices
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Order fulfilment — contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b))
- Account — contract / legitimate interests
- Accounting / legal duties — legal obligation
- Customer support — contract / legitimate interests
- Analytics / marketing — only with consent
4. Recipients
- Omniva and Venipak — delivery
- Bank — receiving payment
- Hosting / email / IT — running the shop
- Authorities — when required by law
We do not sell personal data for advertising.
5. Retention
Order and invoice data are kept as required for accounting (typically up to 5–10 years depending on the document). Account data while the account is active plus a reasonable period after. Consent and support records as needed for proof. Then we delete or anonymise.

7. Your rights

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, access control, password protection). No system is 100% secure — report suspicious activity to us.
