Velol RC 220 slideway oils are manufactured from deeply refined mineral oil and a modern blend of oil conditioners, providing the appropriate friction properties required to meet the requirements of Cincinnati – Milacron and General Motors LS-2 (LW-06-1-04) specifications.

Allows:
• maintaining hydrodynamic lubrication in the guide,
• properly positioning the tool relative to the work element,
• preventing "stick-slip",
• extending the service life of cutting systems and tools,
• achieving the appropriate surface finish effect,
• ensuring ideal separation from metalworking oils.

Application
Velol RC slideway oils are used for lubricating all types of sliding guides, including vertical sliding guides and precision guides operating at elevated temperatures with heavy loads.

They ensure proper operation of the guides, with special emphasis on appropriate friction properties and preventing "stick-slip".
