Industrial gear oil Transol CLP 68 205L, ORLEN

Transol® CLP 68 industrial gear oils are manufactured from selectively refined mineral oils, containing lead-free additives that improve lubricating properties (sulfur-phosphorus type), a set of anti-corrosion and anti-foaming additives, as well as additives that increase resistance to oxidation.

Characteristics:
Protection against excessive wear of gear elements, i.e., gears, as well as rolling and sliding bearings, during normal operation and in case of shock loads; corrosion protection capability of gear elements made of steel and non-ferrous elements against chemical effects of active oil components and its oxidation products; ability to ensure long operation at elevated temperatures without changing properties due to
high thermo-oxidative stability, applied anti-foaming and demulsifying additives that protect against deterioration of lubricating properties
caused by the formation of stable foam and oil-water emulsion.
APPLICATION:
Transol® oils are intended for the lubrication of mechanical gears in industrial equipment that frequently transmit shock loads, e.g., in rolling equipment in metallurgical machinery, construction machinery, cement mill machinery, elevators and transport devices in the shipbuilding industry, machine tools, steam and gas turbine gears, paper industry machinery and other devices operating at temperatures up to 100 °C, requiring oils with increased film strength (containing extreme pressure (EP) additives), good thermo-oxidative stability at higher temperatures and good demulsifying and anti-corrosion properties (against iron and non-ferrous metals). Transol® SP oils can be used when gears are exposed to aggressive environmental effects (water, steam, corrosive gases) and when exposed to variable ambient temperatures (cranes, hoisting winches, etc.).
