Valvoline HLP ZF oils are developed for a wide range of applications and meet specific requirements for this grade of oil. They are produced from solvent-neutral base oils and ashless (zinc-free) additives, whose performance ensures long-term and reliable operation of the hydraulic system at low and high temperatures and under heavy loads, providing excellent power transmission and movement.
For mobile and stationary hydraulic applications of industrial and other equipment. Hydraulic systems requiring a zinc-free hydraulic oil for the protection of yellow metals.
Hydraulic systems requiring an ashless hydraulic oil with more environmentally friendly additives. Sometimes recommended as an air compressor oil.
Formulated with high-quality mineral oils and special additives to protect against corrosion, foaming, and sludge formation. Excellent hydrolytic stability in the presence of moisture provides protection against rust and corrosion. High oxidation stability provides resistance to oxidation in the presence of water, air, and copper.
Effective anti-corrosion properties for non-ferrous metals (copper, brass, and bronze).
Excellent filtering properties ensure effective oil filtration even under the most severe conditions and prevent the harmful effects of common contaminants, such as water and calcium, which cause filter clogging. Outstanding demulsifying properties that allow rapid water separation in the reservoir if it enters the hydraulic system, preventing the formation of harmful emulsion and subsequent damage to the oil pump and system. Rapid air release and the absence of oil foaming ensure flawless operation of hydraulic devices and prevent the occurrence of oil pump cavitation, taking care of
the hydraulic system and oil performance.
